Priority Personnel is seeking a Receptionist / Admin Assistant with Accounts Payable experience for a company located in San Marcos, TX.
Pay Rate : $18 / hr
Work Schedule : Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm
Job Duties :
- Answering Phones : Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist callers by directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Applicant Assistance : Help applicants fill out job applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Mail Management : Organize and distribute incoming mail to the correct recipients. Prepare and send outgoing mail, including certified letters.
- Administrative Support : Make copies, scan documents, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Assist with accounts payable tasks as a backup to the accounting department.
- Other Duties as Assigned : Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the department and company.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
