Position Overview :
We are looking for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for 2 days a week! This position is in a collaborative and community-focused elementary school in Plainfield, IL.
The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for servicing a caseload of 20-25 students with mild to moderate disabilities, some of which are speech-only.

Responsibilities :
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students within the caseload
- Conduct student assessments, develop treatment plans (IEP / 504) , and provide diagnostic intervention
- Facilitate and be involved in the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and families to meet student needs and track intervention
- Observe students in diverse educational environments and provide recommendations and modifications
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience in a K-12 setting (preferred)
