• Our vision is to provide Baystate Medical Center (BMC) with flexible staffing solutions in support of the organization's mission.
• The Float Pool provides the opportunity for nurses to work throughout BMC, in a variety of nursing units, including surgical, medical, critical care, inter-care and others.
• CSO is an internal float pool aimed at promoting professional nursing, while utilizing a nurse's flexibility, expertise and experience.
• The CSO provides an ideal setting for nurses and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) who would like the opportunity to work in a variety of areas in which they possess the experience and skill competency.

SCHEDULE : * Part-Time* The CSO is designed for flexibility in scheduling and offers a variety of employment opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS : * Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.* Experience : Minimum 2 years acute care experience with the last 12 months working in area of specialty (i.

e. neuro, cardiovascular / telemetry, trauma, intermediate care, med-surg, ICU, Etc.)* Willing to float to more than one area and be flexible.
