Job Title : Programmer Analyst .NET Core (Hybrid)
Location : Richmond VA
Duration : 12+ Months
Job Description :
Work with the data science team to build the visualization applications using ArcGIS and Power BI platforms and also build internal applications using the PowerApps / Powerautomate platform.

- Building digital twins of the roadway infrastructure to bring the data, computing, visualization together.
- Modernize the applications.
Core responsibilities.
- Gain broad understanding of the client innovation framework.
- Use the innovative / latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGIS
- Follow all applicable industry and client standards, processes and Protocols.
- Engage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needs, manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
KSA :
- Process mapping experience,
- Code Documentation,
- Writing Requirements / Scope documents,
- Writing use-cases,
- using architectural artifacts
- interpreting solution architectures
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Customer focused collaboration
- Ability to travel around the state as needed
- Minimum of three days in the office to work with the rest of the team
Experience :
Other Software Knowledge : Visio, Visual Studio Code / Visual Studio Community Edition, SQL Server, Azure Datalakes and Warehouse, Oracle, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experiences
Skills :
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Programming experience in a high level compiled language such as C#, C++, JavaRequired5Yearsexperience with scripting languages such as java script and PythonRequired5Yearsexperience with Microsoft Power Platform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePointRequired2Yearsexperience using GIS for creating dynamic mapping applications and processing real-time location data.
