We have locations in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Our business is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support our manufacturing warehouse .

This position is an on-site office position located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

Signing bonus :

$1,000.00 bonus is included with this position.

Schedule :

Day Shift, Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed, Several Options Available

Pay range :

$18.37 - $23.56 - Wage is based upon experience and education.

Position Objective :

Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including fulfilling part orders, keeping warehouse stocked, and inventorying.

Maintain clean work area.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

• Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks or flatbeds.
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility.
• Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions.
• Checking loads are secure.
• Stacking empty pallets.
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and safety check sheets.
• Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines.
• Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards.

Qualifications :

• High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license may be required.
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment.
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards.
• Must be able to operate Data Collection devices accurately & efficiently within 30 days of beginning in classification.
• Must be able to read and follow written work instruction.
• Must be willing to train in and perform multiple tasks as work load requires.
• Must have the ability, knowledge and confidence to consistently meet or exceed the expected productivity standards for all work performed.

Technical Skills :

• Must be capable of being certified to operate a Forklift efficiently and safely.
• Basic computer skills required for the completion of time cards and production information as necessary in a computerized production management system.

Must actively demonstrate good housekeeping practices in the work area as well as the entire facility

Physical Demands and Work Environment :

PACCAR Winch is a manufacturer of industrial winches. Employee is working around heavy machinery. Employees must be able to operate safely in a busy industrial environment.

Additional physical requirements include standing, walking, bending 90% of the time. Ability to squat, kneel on both knees, bend forward at the waist and hold hands above head.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds, push / pull a minimum of 75 pounds and stand on your feet 8-10 hours per day.
