We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate DevOps Engineer with at least a year of hands-on experience in DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in application monitoring tools, automation scripting (preferably in Python), and a passion for improving system reliability and performance through SRE principles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools such as Azure Monitor , Grafana , New Relic , SolarWinds , and Amazon CloudWatch .
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python (preferred) or other scripting languages to streamline monitoring, deployment, and operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement and uphold SRE practices, including incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
  • Assist in defining and tracking Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
  • Support infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications :

  • 1+ of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two of the following monitoring tools : Azure Monitor , Grafana , New Relic , SolarWinds , Amazon CloudWatch .
  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) for automation and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Experience with Linux / Unix systems and shell scripting.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Familiarity with SRE concepts and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
