One Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)to join our dedicated team at our Lewistown, MT clinic. If you're passionate about rural health care and want to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit community, this is the opportunity for you!

About the Role

As a PA or FNP at One Health, you will :

  • Providecomprehensive primary careto patients of all ages.
  • Collaborate with amulti-disciplinary teamto deliver integrated health services.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Educate patients onhealth promotion and disease prevention.

    • Qualifications

  • Licensed in Montana as aPA or FNP
  • Registered or registry-eligible with theDEA
  • Valid drivers license
  • Preferred : 35 years of clinical experience, DOT certification (or ability to obtain)
