Operations Training Manager
Entegris is seeking an experienced Operations Training Manager to lead our learning and development strategy, manage its implementation and measure its impact. The successful candidate will be passionate about learning and excited about the prospect of leading by example. This position is based in our Colorado Springs, CO facility.
What You'll Do :
- Ensure strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
- Evaluate training effectiveness through testing, observations, and performance metrics.
- Partner with site leadership teams to align training with business goals
- Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs
- Use feedback and data to optimize training processes for efficiency
- Introduce innovative learning methods (simulations, AR / VR, microlearning)
- Have the ability to facilitate training sessions at manufacturing sites when needed
- Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
- Manage onsite and remote team members
What We Seek :
5 - 10 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical training for operations and supply chain organizations with a strong career progressionBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related role5+ years of leadership experience preferredKnowledge of learning and development best practicesA proven track record of training program development and managementAbility to manage training programs in multiple locationsAn individual that is committed to living out our PACE values (People, Accountability, Creativity, Excellence) in all interactions. As part of the team, the selected candidate must be able to work across all levels of the organization while holding themselves and their team accountable to each other and our internal and external customersThe ability to influence decisions across multiple layers of the organization and develop effective teamsCertifications from professional Training organizations such as ATD, Langevin Learning, or other recognized associations preferredExceptional written and oral communication skillsApproximately 20% travel to US sites as needed.Why Work At Entegris?
