Job Responsibilities
- Manage fixed duration projects from 200k to $2M.
- Handle change orders / new business proposals as part of managing the overall project.
- Work with internal teams on contract and pricing strategy.
- Adhere to all Mirion SIS specific PM policies as well as follow generally accepted PMI project principals in the management and technical support of network based physical Security System projects.
- Manage the financials (P&L) for the project including financial management of subcontractors.
- Be the project lead and / or liaison between customers, other external stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Participate in the design and delivery of large implementations.
- Occasional domestic travel may be required for site meetings.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline or in the absence of a degree five years of related experience.
- US Citizen or Permanent Residence required, due to restricted facility access. Candidate may need to obtain a security clearance.
- Three (3) or more years of related experience working as a team lead or Project Manager in a matrix-structured organization.
Working knowledge and experience with project management processes.
- Experience in managing projects with multiple internal & external stakeholders.
- Experience managing software and / or hardware technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Jira.

Desired Experience :
- Experience with nuclear programs.
- Experience in managing subcontractors.
- Advanced knowledge of business practices, spreadsheet manipulation and information systems.
- Familiar with cyber security concepts & technologies.
- Experience with fixed price and / or T&M projects with short duration (6 - 18 month delivery) technical system projects, including networking equipment, cameras, access control, and Command and Control platforms.
Please Note
- Candidate must be a US Citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree desired. Technical degree is preferred. 5 years of experience required. 6-8 years of experience without a Bachelor's degree is required.
- PMP certification preferred.
