Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Worcester, MA.

Qualifications :
- Must be fully and independently licensed as a LICSW in Massachusetts
- Must be licensed and living in the state in which you will be practicing
Compensation : Up to $137,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities

- Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles / supervisors
- Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
- Ability to work as part of a team
