As a FULL TIME Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the mission of a government program located in your state.
The Customer Service Representative works as a part of a dynamic team of professionals assisting the United States Citizenship and Immigration (USCIS) Application Support Center (ASC) operations.
FULL TIME employees work Monday through Friday from the hours of 7 : 45 am to 4 : 15 pm or eight hours a day as opening and closing times may vary.
Employees are regularly scheduled for 40 hours a week but this schedule can be altered depending on applicant volume and site needs.
This position requires the ability to pass a government clearance and drug test. All required job training will be provided for qualified candidates.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
- Check-in approved applicants and visitors to the ASC; provide interior and exterior crowd control; and assist with enforcing ASC rules and policies.
- Deliver outstanding front-line customer service on behalf of HeiTech Services, our partner Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.
Skills and Abilities Required :
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
- Must be able to speak and write in English.
- Ability to stand upright on one's feet for scheduled shift duration, excluding meals and breaks.
- Ability to hold and grasp applicant's hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.
- Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
- Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days
Minimum Education and Experience Required :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No experience is needed as all required job training will be provided.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
Desired Skills :
Ability to speak a foreign language
