Office Administrator
Job Title : Office Administrator
Payrate : $18 / hr
Schedule Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
Office Administrator responsibilities include :
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Daily Responsibilities
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas / travel arrangements / appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Education
High School Diploma with four or more years in shipping / order fulfillment related experience
Associates’ Degree or Technical Certificate preferred, Bachelors’ Degree a plus
Job Experience / Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of related experience (Above)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Knowledge in general purchasing procedure and purchasing management
Works well in team or independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-starter with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Fast learner, detail oriented, and must be able to think outside of the box to resolve issues.
Computer literate and proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
