As the Infusion Clinic Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide direct patient care, oversee infusion services, and ensure exceptional clinical and regulatory standards. Beyond hands-on patient care, you'll support clinic operations, collaborate with leadership, and serve as an advocate for best-in-class infusion therapy.

This role offers the opportunity to shape patient experiences, support growth of Evara Therapeutics Infusion Centerswith Junction Health, and serve as a trusted partner to providers and community stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver infusion and injectable therapies, patient assessments, and education with compassion and precision.
  • Monitor patient progress, respond to emergencies, and provide psychosocial support.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards (INS, IgNS, OSHA, HIPAA).
  • Complete admission, evaluation, and management visits as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively with prescribers and team members.
  • Review labs and clinical records to ensure patient readiness for treatment.
  • Mentor and support the orientation of new staff (NPs, RNs, MAs).
  • Engage with community providers and specialists as an ambassador for infusion services.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to quality program metrics.

What We're Looking For

Licensure & Certification

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license (in good standing).
  • Current BLS certification.
  • CRNI preferred; IgCN desirable.
  • Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of infusion experience in specialty therapy.
  • Strong IV and venous access skills.
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic, Office 365, WeInfuse, etc.).
  • Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Professional Requirements

  • Current immunizations, TB screening, Hepatitis B vaccination or waiver.
