Senior Analyst Treasury
The Team
We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join American Tower's Treasury Operations department. The Treasury Operations team is responsible for American Tower's liquidity.
We monitor and report on current and projected cash flows and support our markets' intercompany funding requirements. Treasury Operations manages the corporation's financial assets, including cash and cash investments, consistent with company policies and REIT tax guidelines.
We support our markets' banking needs and our bank relationships. Treasury Operations is responsible for bank account, electronic banking and debt administration, as well as for processing manual electronic payments on behalf of the markets and in support of key transactions.
Day to day you will focus on the oversight of global bank accounts and authorized signatories and administering bank fees as well as support the development of Treasury reporting and data management.
The Analyst will design and provide training on an ongoing basis to our colleagues around the world in support of these areas of responsibility.
The Treasury Analyst will also assist in strategic initiatives, including implementing systems and processes to optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring that strong relationships are maintained with financial institutions and internal departments.
What You Can Offer Us
- Facilitate the management of domestic and international bank accounts, signatories and KYC requests.
- Ensure alignment of bank account controls and signatories with corporate strategy and financial policies.
- Manage bank portal accesses globally.
- Ensure our Treasury policies and procedures are current; Provide training and guidance to ensure compliance for both Corporate and the markets.
- Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance with respect to policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the tracking and reporting of bank account changes throughout the year.
- Liaise with banks to deliver automated bank fee reporting into the Treasury Management system.
- Respond to internal and external audit requirements and inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the different departments and entities within and outside of the Company, including relationship banks.
- Support evolving Treasury reporting function; Work with IT finance resources to share Treasury data efficiently and utilize data warehouse information to improve our forecasts and Treasury services.
- Become a strong Reval user, Act as a backup to other Treasury team members.

What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- MBA Preferred
- Between 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a Finance or Treasury organization.
- Knowledge of principles and best practices of global cash management and treasury functions preferred.
- ERP systems experience (preferably Oracle), in conjunction with a treasury management system (preferably REVAL)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills : ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
- 100% performed in a climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Travel will not be required in support of the position's responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
