Shift : Days / 7a-3 : 30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, Weekend and Holiday requirement

Length : 13 weeks

Call Requirement : Yes - call every 7 to 9 weekends currently. Depending on the rotation you could be on call ONE day this week, but not on call at all the next week.

Typically, never on call a day of the week and the weekend. Weekend call is from Friday shift end to Monday 6a

Requirements : LA License

LA License

2 years' experience

Experience Required : Stents, Ablations, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Peripherals, Upper and Lower Extremities, Abd and Pelvic, Genitourinary Studies, Vascular Studies, Venous Access, Neurological Studies, & Hemo Dynamic Monitoring

Required Equipment Experience : Phillips single & Bi-Plane

ARRT

LSRT

Preferred Equipment Experience : Siemens

Modalities Cover : Invasive Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Structural Heart IR, Neuro Intervention, Vascular, and Pulmonary

will accept a temp LSRT, takes 3-5 days to issue once fee is paid and proof of ARRT certification are received)

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
