Job Title : Medical Customer Support Representative
Schedule : Monday Friday, 9am 6pm (extended hours during peak season)
Location : Irving, TX (On-site)
Pay : $18.50 / hourly
Start Date : Monday 10 / 14 or Monday 10 / 21
Job Summary :
We're hiring 20 Pharmacy Customer Support Representatives to work on-site in Irving, TX. You ll assist pharmacists with prescription processing, customer service, and other tasks to ensure accurate and timely medication distribution.
Job Responsibilities :
- Process new and refill prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
- Verify patient and prescription details
- Handle phone support and insurance claims
- Maintain clean workstations and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Requirements :
- Job stability demonstrated on resume REQUIRED
- 1+ year in healthcare or pharmacy customer service REQUIRED
- 35+ WPM typing speed REQUIRED
- Ability to lift 40 pounds REQUIRED
On-boarding Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
