RN Registered Nurse
Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct nursing care to patients
- Rounds with Doctor
- Admissions
- Monthly Assessments
- Administer medications
- G-tubes, respiratory treatments, blood sugar monitoring
- Monitor and document assessments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation
Experience :
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
Qualifications :
- Valid RN license in the state of Georgia
- AHA HP CPR
- Diploma / Transcript
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
