Oracle HCM Cloud SME
Functional skill : Strong knowledge in at least three Oracle HCM Cloud functional areas (out of the following areas) : -
- Core HR (Fusion)
- Absence (Fusion)
- Time and Labor (Fusion)
- Goal / Performance / Talent (Fusion)
- Compensation (Fusion)
Technical skill :
- BI reporting
- OTBI reporting
- Ownership of finalizing functional / technical requirements with customer, delivering solution design and functional setups, conducting show and tell, testing and training sessions
- Handling role as 1st point of escalation
- Oracle SR management
- Mentoring team
- Status reporting
- Hosting / attending meetings with onsite and offshore teams;- assign tasks to the teams
- Helping clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle
- Spotting strategies, risks, and options and then recommending approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs
