We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Controls Project Manager to join our fast-paced construction team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage Building Automation projects from conception to completion.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse team of professionals.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Building Automation projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

2. Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, estimating resources and timelines, and identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.

3. Coordinate and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support as needed.

4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and progress.

5. Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status, including progress against milestones, budget variances, and any issues or risks that may impact project completion.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards, and implement best practices in project management and controls systems.

7. Lead the testing, commissioning, and handover of control systems, ensuring that all systems are fully functional and meet client requirements.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Building Automation projects in the construction industry.

3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish, on time and within budget.

4. Strong technical knowledge of BAS, including design, installation, and commissioning processes.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.

8. Proficient in project management software and other relevant technology.

9. Ability to travel as needed
