We are looking for areliable Home Health Aide. You will deliver highquality personalcare services especially care for elderlypatients.
Provide personal care service according todirections on the established care plan or assignment sheet andensure that on an ongoing basis the emotional spiritual physicalcomfort and safety of clients are met to the greatest possibleextent.
Jobresponsibilities :
To plan and prepare nutritious meals asrequired
To maintain resident / client informationconfidentiality
Bathe wash shampoo the clients as well asprovide assistance with other hygiene needs.
To attend inservices to develop knowledge and skills
Ensure thatclients take medication at scheduled times.
Document anychanges in care (e.g. meal times medicationfrequency).
Communicate any challenges such as : medication sideaffects necessary equipment and / or equipmentfailure.
Develop a relationship with the clients andcreate a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Facilitate anyactivities that may decrease the deterioration of theclient’s condition.
Regularly check the patientfor temperature respiration skin ailments and othercondition.
Support transportation and assist clients todoctors or hospitals when needed.
Provide verbal / writtenshift reports to family members doctors and other members of thecare team.
To complete all other tasks asassigned.

Jobrequirements :
Experience as a Home HealthAide.
Ability to monitor and examinepatients.
Strong knowledge of nutrition and personalhygiene
First aid training.
Excellent verbaland written communication in EnglishLanguage.
