Job Description
Jefferson Consulting Group is seeking a Program Manager to support The Federal Transportation Administration .
This role will be hybrid in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day management responsibilities for work performed.
Possess experience communicating with and presenting to various levels of management in an organization.
Provide direction and leadership for projects for several work streams.
Coordinate and direct the activities of other consultants and provides direct support, including but not limited to analysis and redesign, performance and change management, strategy, risk management, organizational design / workforce planning or a related business field.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in a business associated field.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in business consulting, process improvement, strategy, or a related field.
Has professional certification (e.g., PMP) which is relevant concerning qualifications and performance of this requirement.
