What we offer :
- First shift 5 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm M-Th.
- Second shift 3 : 00 pm to 1 : 00 am M-Th.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Be able to properly use measuring tools such as od-id micrometers, calipers, bore gauges
- Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications
- Willingness to be cross trained on multiple machines across the department.
- Fanuc, Okuma and Haas control experience with good blueprint reading, GD&T and measuring equipment set-up and use
- Comprehend G and M code
- Ability to safely use an overhead crane
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum of 5 years of machining experience is desired or equal combination of education and / or experience.
Work Environment :
- Air conditioned, shop environment
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
- Exposure to cutting oils, lubricants, and sharp objects
