Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to handle the end-to-end order fulfillment process.
This role involves receiving orders, creating invoices, packing products, and ensuring timely dispatch.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Educational Requirement :
Minimum qualification : +2 or equivalent (high school diploma, secondary school leaving certificate, or equivalent)
Experience :
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in order processing, packing, invoicing, or dispatching is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Basic computer skills for invoicing and order management.
Good communication skills to handle customer interactions and work within the team.
Physical stamina to lift packages, stand for long periods, and perform other physical tasks.
