OXOMOCO a Michelin starred wood-fired mexican restaurant, is looking for extraordinary and hospitality-minded individuals to join our team!
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 2 years + experience in a fast paced NYC restaurant as a Busser or Food Runner
- Must h ave a strong interest in or experience with Mexican cuisine and agave spirits
- Must be able to lift & a carry at least 50 pounds
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be able to take constructive criticisms and work well in a team dynamic
SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be warm, knowledgeable and noticeably appreciative
- Accommodate guests by making each individual feel welcome
- Be aware of service flow, dining timing, and adjust for each guest’s individual needs
- Act professional and accommodating and always maintain composure
- Implement and follow steps of service
- Complete opening and closing side-work
- Maintain sanitation to DOH standards
