We are looking for an IT Field Technician to assist with hardware troubleshooting in / around Hartford County, CT.
- The ideal candidate should be proficient in setting up PCs, Notebooks, and Printers on the LAN.
- Should be able to configure both wired and wireless routers and firewalls.
- Must possess skills in troubleshooting network-related issues, including both hardware and software, as well as internet and e-mail issues.
- Must be knowledgeable in setting up and migrating customers from old to new server operating systems, such as MS-Windows 2016 / 2019.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft desktop Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft Office is required.
- Must have a good understanding of anti-virus, anti-malware software and backup software.
- Should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have a pleasant personality for customer interface.
- 2+ years of experience in network services and helpdesk support is necessary.
- A+, CompTIA Network+ and Microsoft certifications a plus.
