We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and self-starting HVAC Helper who desires to join a successful organization of seasoned HVAC professionals. Ideal candidates will have a natural problem-solving curiosity, be well-organized, demonstrate follow-through, and have a strong desire to learn.

HVAC Helper Responsibilities

Assist HVAC Technicians with preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and installations

Work independently in the absence of supervision

Follow standard processes and procedures to complete tasks

Understand and follow oral and written directions

Comply with safety regulations

HVAC HELPER Qualifications

Punctual, reliable, and eager to work and learn

Communication and customer service skills

Ability to work overtime when needed

Must be able to lift 75lbs or more

Ability to climb ladders and work on high surfaces

Basic knowledge of hand tools

Clean driving record

Limited travel may be required

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Authorized to work in the United States

Previous construction or mechanical experience is a plus but not required
