Seeking a full time Licensed Practical Nurse ("LPN") to provide end-of-life care to hospice patients. Under the supervision of RN the LPN will provide routine patient visits, continuous care services, in-home respite care, personal care for patients, wound care and On-Call coverage when needed.
Qualifications :
- LPN licensed in NY Sate
- FULLY Covid-19 Vaccinated
- 2+ years of LPN experience
- Reliable motor vehicle required in order to reach patients on our program.
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and team oriented personality
- Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus!

Salary : From $30.00 per hour
