About the role

As the Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics for all Auctane brands, you are tasked with turning various marketing data streams into actionable insights that will drive the strategic direction of our marketing efforts worldwide.

Your mandate extends beyond mere analysis; you actively support optimizing marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

Leading a team of marketing analysts and experimentation specialists, you allow the team to make data-driven decisions, while guiding your team to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Primary Objectives :

  • Foster a collaborative environment where team members are empowered to leverage their expertise and creativity to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Oversee a team of marketing analytics professionals to continuously monitor and test against trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement for Auctane Marketing.
  • Implement and streamline reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy, including the automation of routine reports and dashboards where applicable;

Establish and track key performance indicators for marketing campaigns, channels, and initiatives.

Leverage advanced data analysis techniques to uncover actionable insights within marketing performance data, focusing on trends and patterns that directly impact the acquisition and conversion of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) trials;

translate findings into strategic recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Lead the development and execution of robust forecasting models for marketing volume, utilizing historical data and market trends;

actively monitor and analyze variances between forecasted and actual results, promptly alerting the business to significant findings and collaborating cross-functionally to adjust strategies and resource allocation in real-time.

Construct comprehensive, driver-based models for the marketing organization, mapping key performance indicators to specific drivers and variables;

collaborate with individual teams to establish granular performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations on marketing performance to stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership.
  • Continuously improve measurement processes and methodologies, including exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance insights and accuracy.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or any quantitative discipline required.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a proven track record of delivering insights and recommendations that drove measurable business impact.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of directly managing analytics professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large and complex datasets, including advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Expert knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Proven track record of working within marketing automation platforms and tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or similar, as well as Salesforce and Salesforce reporting tools.
  • In-depth familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data and insights into clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines.
  • Ability to question the status quo, test-and-learn and look for continuous improvement opportunities.

What will make you stand out?

  • 10+ years of B2B and B2C marketing experience.
  • Strong leader; has managed global demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong project planner; collaborates well with others at all levels.
  • Statistical programming experience in R, RStudio.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis around A / B / multivariate testing, incrementality tests.
  • Familiarity with multitouch and marketing mix models.
  • Familiarity with Segment.
