About The Position
Job Title : CT / X-Ray Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology - CT Tech Job Duration : 8 weeks Shift : Day 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 1 year License : Required, can submit with it pending unless specified Certifications : None specified Must-Have : Ability to perform both CT and X-ray procedures Job Description : Position will float between units as required.
- On-call duties include weeknights and weekends as a back-up.- Must be available for on-call duties during weekends.- Unknown if block schedules are required.
- Expected patient ratios are 12-15 patients per day.- Work in a facility that is a Critical Access / Level III Trauma Center with a total of 25 staffed beds.
- Scrub color is any color; scrubs provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child units.- Charting experience with Epic is required.
- Required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as detailed in the job description.- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 specified holidays.
- Orientation consists of 40 non-billable hours.- Modules are non-billable and require an average of 16 hours to complete, more than 20 hours needs approval.
- Completion of modules is self-reported in Workramp transcripts. Additional Requirements : Candidates must provide a minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last three years in a comparable specialty / setting.
- Vaccination for COVID-19 is not required; flu vaccine status is unknown.
