POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Signature Programs Associate will :
Engage in a range of activities for event planning, execution, and follow up.
Signature Leaders hosts events for female leaders from large global companies who have been chosen by their companies to attend a unique Signature program and become part of our Signature Network.
The goal and priority for this role is creating an experience where participants feel welcomed, recognized, and special.
Act as an essential point of contact for each of our program participants, faculty, host companies, and vendors, and must provide the highest-quality personal touch that reflects our Signature brand, and that differentiates us from others in the industry
Assist in creating project plans for the end-to-end delivery of each Signature session, utilizing the team where needed to complete your plan.
Is responsible for preparation of program materials, preparation of the Signature team for delivery, and management of contact data
- Supports the Signature Programs Managers on each of the other offerings we provide to our clients, engaging in a range of activities for event planning, execution, and follow up
- Will have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members and become proficient in program management, communication, each of Signature Leaders’ offerings in preparation for taking on a larger role in the organization
Ideal candidates will have :
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to travel (up to 25% for delivery of programs in various locations around the world)
- Ability to work effectively from home (within the Atlanta area)
