This unit cares for emergency department patients requiring a 23-hour admission for a variety of medical needs, such as cardiac workups and trauma observations.

We have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our patient's lives.This position currently qualifies for a NEW hourly wage differential in addition to standard shift and holiday differentials.

As a Level I Trauma Center, IU Health Methodist Hospital Emergency Medicine services include a full trauma staff and surgical team available on site 24 hours a day.

Methodist EMTC leads both the state and the country in providing excellence in trauma care.This position is referral eligible!Days : Hours : (3) shifts per week 6a-6 : 30p (M-F rotating days off) every 3rd weekend;

no callQualifications* Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.* Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.

• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.* Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit / department specialty according to patient care policies.
