Benefits :Ya Fit Pilates is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable certified Reformer Pilates instructor to join our team at our community-driven, brand new Pilates studio in Agoura Hills.
Our ideal candidate will be well-versed in both classic and modern / athletic Pilates styles, customer service-oriented, and passionate about helping our clients reach their fitness goals.
We are looking for someone who is available during the mornings and who is able and willing to work a variety of shifts to accommodate our clients' busy schedules.
We also have opportunities for those who are seeking additional hours. If you are dedicated, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
- Teach a variety of Reformer Pilates classes for clients of all levels, including group classes and private sessions.
- Create and implement safe, effective, and challenging workout programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages our clients to grow and excel.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pilates trends and techniques, and incorporate them into your teaching style as appropriate.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
