Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Tailgaters Coit.
The ideal candidate will embody our core values, deliver top-notch culinary creations, and contribute to our mission of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes according to Tailgaters' recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Participate in community events and initiatives, supporting our commitment to community-driven sports passion.
- Uphold our core values of excellence, hospitality, teamwork, and accountability in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for sports and community engagement is a plus.
