A / C Certification Maintenance Technician

Certified & Ready – HVAC / EPA licensed technicians ready to keep apartments in top shape!

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.

Job Responsibilities :

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A / C and other mechanical systems.
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications :

Pay ranges from $21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
