We invite you to be a part of our Insurance Agent Growth Initiative at our premises situated at 11363 Colorado Blvd, Thornton CO 80233 .
This initiative offers comprehensive training, guidance from successful agency proprietors, and the chance to create your own agency upon successful culmination of the initiative.
Compensation and Schedule
The annual remuneration ranges from $60,000.00 to $90,000.00. The working hours are from Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
- Generate insurance estimates, execute sales demonstrations, and finalize deals
- Engage in community activities locally
- Establish professional connections with important partners such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
- Nurture and sustain relationships with clients
- Utilize lead management systems proficiently
- Discover new business prospects through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Keen to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and receptive to feedback
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Strong desire for personal and professional growth
