FIELD SERVICE MANAGER
Field Service Manager

This position is responsible for building and managing a team of highly skilled service technicians with primarily responsibility for enhancing the quality of services that are being provided to the customers.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly become the subject matter expert on the hardware and software components of our robotics systems, quickly troubleshoot and diagnose issues remotely, and (as needed) visit customer sites to complete repair.
This team would be responsible for maintaining our customer SLAs for resolution time on the most challenging field issues.
- 3-5 years prior work experience in the field1-2 years prior management experience
- Excellent project management, analytical, problem solving, communication and organization skills.
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, including an ability to prepare high level reports to Executives and external parties.
- Knowledge of industrial automation : PLCs, wiring diagrams, VFDs, pneumatic systems,etc
- Experience with Fanuc robotic arms.
- Machine safety knowledge and training
