MINIMUM / PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS : Qualifications : A fun attitude.Contagious smile.Desire to work with people.Ability to stand, walk and / or bend for long periods of time and be able to comfortably lift 50 pounds.
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines pressures.
Knowledge in the use of airless and air power paint sprayers, hand and power sanders and power texture machines.Able to finish walls and ceilings to at least a level 4.
