Qualifications
- Expertise : 10+ years in software engineering, 6+ years developing in Ruby on Rails
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- Results-driven approach : Proven experience delivering features and solutions that have a direct impact on revenue growth, savings, or operational efficiencies
- Problem Solving Skills : Ability to tackle complex technical problems with creativity and efficiency
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders

- Set Technical Direction : Speak for Ontra's technology and engineering culture
- Take a long term and pragmatic view of technological progress and how to maintain Ontra's technology stack
- Be The Glue : Help teams by doing the invisible and unneeded tasks needed to effectively ship software and proactively spot risks
