Led by an experienced management team, we buy, build and boost marketplace and direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands. unybrands is based in London, Miami, Seattle and Berlin.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Success Manager to help build and manage the customer service team across acquired brands.

A successful candidate in this role will have proven experience working in a customer service position, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and great attention to detail along with knowledge in the current industry trends and techniques.

Main Responsibilities : Provide outstanding customer service support to our clients and customers. Maintain accurate reporting and documentation on all customer service functions Ability to analyze data involving customer reviews and experience with products or services.

Promote customer retention and positive experience with the individual brand. Preferred Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position.

Experience working with promoting value through customer service. Proficiency in customer service software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of latest trends in e-commerce industry and customer service.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality or related field.
• Multi-lingual is a big plus.
• Interpersonal skills.
