Ideal Candidates Will Have :
- Extensive Tenure in Mixology (Fine Dining & Craft Cocktails) : Proven experience in an upscale bar, lounge, and upper-echelon entertainment environments with a track record of delivering impeccable service.
- Exemplary Customer Service Skills : A genuine love for people, with the ability to engage and delight our diverse and discerning clientele.
- Professional Etiquette : Mastery of bar processes and etiquette, ensuring each guest receives a top-tier experience.
- Polished Appearance : Well-groomed and presentable at all times, maintaining a professional and inviting presence.
- Adaptability and Coachability : Open to learning and growing, with a humble attitude and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
- Team Player Mentality : A cooperative spirit, thriving in a collaborative environment and contributing positively to the team dynamic.

- Provide exceptional service with a thorough understanding of our international brunch and supper club fusion cuisine along with beverage pairings.
- Demonstrate expertise in wine and food pairings, guiding guests through an unforgettable experience.
- Ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued, addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Continuously develop knowledge of our menu offerings, staying informed about seasonal changes and special features.
