Job Title : Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Location : (Hybrid : 2 days remote, 3 days in office) Richmond, VA

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle a range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development projects.
• Conduct due diligence, title review, and contract drafting and negotiation.
• Represent clients in real estate financing, including lender and borrower representation.
• Collaborate with developers, financial institutions, and corporate clients on multi-million dollar commercial real estate deals.
• Provide strategic advice on real estate investments and portfolio management.
• Work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver full-service solutions to clients.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (experience level determines salary).
• JD from an accredited law school; top law school is a plus, but not required.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Licensed to practice law in state .
• A proactive, client-service-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Base salary starting at $145K for first-year associates (commensurate with experience).
• 1,750 billable hours requirement.
• Discretionary bonus.
• Hybrid work model : 2 days remote per week.
