Senior Project Engineer - Top ENR General Contractor (Denver, CO)
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Engineer with 5 years of experience in construction engineering for large-scale commercial, healthcare, and infrastructure projects.
This role involves managing technical aspects and coordinating complex engineering challenges across Denver-area projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, and be interested in advancing to Project Management
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage engineering aspects of large-scale construction projects, including design collaboration and site coordination.
- Perform complex engineering calculations to ensure design compliance.
- Coordinate design and site teams to minimize errors and avoid rework.
- Develop detailed plans using Revit, BIM, AutoCAD , and MS Project .
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
- Support the project management team in budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction engineering for commercial, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD , and MS Project .
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with top ENR-ranked general contractors.
- Leadership in engineering teams, with a desire to advance to Project Management
- Expertise in handling complex engineering in fast-paced environments.
