Primary Care Physician

Compensation : $225,000.00 - $300,000.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Interview and examine patients to diagnose their medical issues.
- Design and manage comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on wellness, prevention, and early detection of health issues.
- Provide referrals as necessary based on examinations and patient needs.
- Participate actively in quality improvement programs to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Address patient complaints, inquiries, and requests effectively and compassionately.
- Ensure full confidentiality in handling patient information in compliance with federal regulations.
- Meticulously complete Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation daily.
- Manage and respond to medical inquiries during night calls as needed.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the applicable state(s).
- Board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- Active DEA license.
- Prior experience in a similar role highly desirable, though not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

- Experience in a full clinical onsite role.
- Proven track record in improving patient care.
- Expertise in managing and utilizing electronic medical records (EMR).
