We are looking for an experienced Commercial Concrete Structures Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and at least 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial concrete structures projects.
Pay : $110k to 140k + Bonus and Benefits
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (BS)
- 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial concrete structures
- Proficiency in construction estimating software
- Strong understanding of concrete construction techniques and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines
Job Duties :
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial concrete structures projects
- Review and analyze project specifications, plans, and contract documents
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop accurate and competitive bids
- Assess project value, construction methodologies, and identify potential risks
- Ensure all estimates are comprehensive, accurate, and align with project timelines and budgets
