Job Description
The Business Development / Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing the Renewals Team. The CSM will be tasked with creating KPIs, training, and development plans;
creating proposals and formulating RFP responses for government clients; and continuing the saturation of existing government clients for continual use of the clients IT products.
Hard Skills
- 5+ years of IT Business Development experience, ideally in the federal or GovCon industry
- 5+ years of experience writing proposals for renewals, licenses, contracts or similar documents
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Bachelors Degree
- Clearable
- Strong writing and speaking skills
- Understanding of client purchasing processes
