We’re Hiring : Full-Stack AI Engineer (Remote, U.S. Time Zones)

We’re seeking entrepreneurial, fast-moving engineers to join our mission-driven team and make a difference in healthcare.
About the Role
As a Full-Stack AI Engineer, you’ll :
- Take end-to-end ownership of key features in our stack.
- Work with cutting-edge AI models (LLMs and speech recognition) to improve clinical workflows.
- Collaborate remotely with a high-performing team.
- Design experiments to ensure product excellence and validate improvements.
- Build features across the full stack from frontend (React / TypeScript) to backend (Node.js, Azure, SQL) .
Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for high-caliber, mission-driven engineers with :
- 5-10 years of full-time software engineering experience.
- 2-3 years of experience with AI engineering and ML / LLM technologies.
- Expertise in evaluating ML or LLM-based products , prompt engineering , or fine-tuning models .
- Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor ).
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Azure, SQL preferred.
- Located in Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones .
- Excitement to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high autonomy.
Compensation & Benefits
Full-Time, W-2 Role
Salary : $160K - $240K
Equity : Competitive
