The team is working onsite in our office in Plano, TX. This role participates in on-call rotation and may have up to 10% of after-hour work.

Responsibilities :
- Adhere to the administration support protocol for Windows server systems in a multi-platform setting
- Facilitate technical support between tier 2 and the systems / network team
- Guide PC / OA Support in the use of the Windows Operating System
- Apply high-level troubleshooting methods on AD, SCCM, Events, Systems, Application, and Security layers
- Utilize server-side skills in areas like Windows Updates, GPO management, PowerShell, Batch, and VBScript
- Manage Samsung's internal security solution
- Provide on-site VIP support for executives including 20+ Corporate executives from HQ
- Address off-hour VIP support and other pressing issues
