Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop, design, and implement custom applications and integrations within the Workday platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
- Utilize your expertise to enhance Workday Extend capabilities and add value to the organization.
- Create and deploy custom applications and integrations using Workday Extend.
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect and analyze business needs, translating them into technical specifications and effective solutions.
- Build and maintain Workday Extend reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Extend applications and integrations.
- Follow best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements throughout all development activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Extend features, industry trends, and best practices to enhance the development process continually.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
