What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full product lifecycle for fluid management capital equipment

Develop and execute strategies for new product innovation

Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning R&D, marketing, engineering, and sales

Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to drive decisions

Train internal teams and support surgeon education on product usage

About You

Be able to do the job as described

Experience with arthroscopic fluid management systems is required

Comfortable working with cadaveric specimens for training and development

Skilled public speaker with a strong command of product presentations

Able to travel up to 25%
