The impact you will have in this role :

The Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate role in is an integral part of the FP&A team. The role partners with wider FP&A organization and key stakeholders from other CFO teams in developing budgets and forecasts, tracking performance, explaining variances and preparing presentations for internal FP&A and senior management.

This position requires a proactive and analytical professional who can collaborate with various teams to improve financial decision making and support the company’s growth objectives.

Your Primary Responsibilities :

  • Develop and present standard reporting to explain current financial performance and future trends.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models, dashboards and KPIs for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Ability to query, analyze and present data from multiple financial data sources to build budgets and forecasts and explain trends.
  • Build relationships and credibility with key clients.
  • Lead and participate in month end close activities.
  • Develop and improve planning process around capital investments along with ongoing month-end analytics.
  • Work across multiple channels to assist in ad-hoc FP&A projects.
  • Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies.
  • Mentor junior and new analysts to ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Additional ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
